Our staging helps buyers to imagine themselves in the space, connect to a home, and move toward making an offer.


We begin with a visit to your home. We collect images and measurements and gather your ideas about putting your home on the market.

We then send you a proposal detailing the staging summary, the cost of service, and a virtual design board for your home.

When you accept the proposal, we will send you a contract and arrange a staging date. Our standard contract is for 2 months, with an option to extend monthly services beyond that.

On staging day, we will require access to your home for approximately 6 hours. Upon completion, your home is ready for its debut on the market.

Once your home is under contract, we will schedule a destaging date to remove all staging props within a week of the closing date.
